Data collation: We collate data in order to relay enquiries to distributors. Following collation, such data are accordingly stored and processed.

Any visit you make to our Web pages is logged. Essentially, the elements collated are the IP address used by your PC at the time of access, the date and time of access, the browser type and the operating system of your PC, as well as the pages you have viewed. As a rule, it is not possible for us to identify individuals – and nor is this our intention.

Data utilisation and transmission: The personal data that you communicate to us in the course of an enquiry (e.g. your name and your address or your e-mail address are processed solely for the purpose for which you have made the data available to us. The data are transmitted to the local distributor within whose ambit you fall and who shall be identified to you at the end of the enquiry form. This distributor will utilise the data exclusively in order to offer you the service solicited.

We affirm that, over and above this, we shall not share your personal data with third parties unless we were to be legally bound to do so or in the event that you were to have provided your consent to us prior thereto. Insofar as we shall commission service providers to implement and handle procedures specific to processing, the contractual relationships shall be regulated in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act.

Consent and revocation: Should you have entrusted us with personal data, you may have these deleted at any time. Data provided for accounting and book-keeping purposes shall not be affected by termination/revocation and/or by deletion.

Period of storage: Personal data that shall have been shared with us via our Web site shall be stored only until such time as the purpose for which they were entrusted to us shall have been achieved.

Customer account: The opening of a customer account (customer registration) shall constitute your consent to the storage of your inventory data, such as your name, address, e-mail address and banking details, as well as your usage data (user name, password). This enables you to submit enquiries to us using your e-mail address or your customer number in conjunction with your personal password.
